Where are Tactile Turn products manufactured?
Every single one of our pens is designed, machined, and assembled in our own workshop located in Rockwall, Texas, ensuring the highest level of quality control.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. For custom engravings or seasonal releases, please allow up to 5 business days for processing before shipment.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition. Please note that custom engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do the pens come with a warranty?
Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship. All Tactile Turn products carry a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects to ensure your pen lasts for generations.
Which ink refills are compatible with your pens?
Compatibility depends on the pen size: Standard sizes fit Pilot G2 style refills, Short sizes fit Schmidt EasyFlow 9000 style refills, and Mini sizes fit Pilot G2 Mini refills.
