- Fresh roasted on November 16 by our friends at Voltage Coffee Project in Decatur, TX
- Harvested in partnership with the Texas A&M Borlaug Institute where they bought the land and provided infrastructure, equipment, and education for local farmers
- Tasting Notes: Red Berry, Sweet, Chocolate
